F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 stea dup\u0103 birocra\u0163ie, cei de la UMB au pornit \u015fantierul ca din pu\u015fc\u0103 \u015fi aveam mari speran\u0163e c\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi vor respecta angajamentele parafate \u00een 2020. Dar a venit momentul fatidic septembrie 2021: alunecare-mamut la N\u0103d\u0103\u015felu l\u00e2ng\u0103 cimitir, la propriu. \u015ei de atunci s-a ales praful\u201d, a mai transmis asocia\u0163ia. Organiza\u0163ia afirm\u0103 c\u0103 \u201dtergiversarea licita\u0163iei le convine de minune, av\u00e2nd un motiv de noi am\u00e2n\u0103ri\u201d. \u201dR\u0103mas\u0103 cu buza umflat\u0103, CNAIR prime\u015fte o singur\u0103 ofert\u0103 am\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 de la Ozaltin (Turcia), abia \u00een ianuarie 2024. \u015ei nici p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ziua de azi nu avem c\u00e2\u015ftig\u0103tor! CNAIR doarme \u00een papuci \u015fi doar promite c\u0103 vom avea un c\u00e2\u015ftig\u0103tor la final de martie, \u00eenceput de aprilie. Care... evident... nu poate fi dec\u00e2t Ozaltin. Asta dac\u0103 nu cumva oferta turcilor este inadmisibil\u0103 \u015fi am avea o situa\u0163ie de cascadorii r\u00e2sului\u201d, mai arat\u0103 reprezentan\u0163ii Pro Infrastructur\u0103. Ace\u015ftia explic\u0103 c\u0103 termenul contractual de proiectare \u015fi execu\u0163ie pe solu\u0163iile de la N\u0103d\u0103\u015felu \u015fi Topa Mic\u0103 este de doi ani \u015fi 3 luni. \u201dChiar dac\u0103 s-ar parafa cu Ozaltin \u00een aprilie, lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare birocra\u0163ia necesar\u0103 (exproprieri, acord de mediu) \u015fi for\u0163a redus\u0103 a constructorului, greu de crezut c\u0103 ne-am putea \u00eencadra \u00een jalonul PNRR actual: spre sf\u00e2r\u015fitul lui 2026.
